Antypical Hair & Gallery is a queer owned and run shop in Naarm, celebrating and catering for our diverse community. We welcome clients and customers of all ages and genders.

We (Jasper and Kate) founded Antypical in 2023 by. Jasper is a hair cutter and musician, and Kate is a mental health worker and visual artist. Together we set out to create an inclusive space where people can feel comfortable and relaxed while getting a haircut. Antypical is also a place you can view the work of local artists hanging on the walls, displayed in our cabinets and available for purchase. Featured artists’ work is changed and moved around periodically.
